Bobb Meckenstock

MBA, CLU, President, CEO

Bobb is an Economics and Political Science 1976 graduate of the University of Kansas and has a MBA from Arizon State Universities'American Graudate School of International Management. In 1987, he received his CLU designation from the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. Bobb is a Life and Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table, and a 37 year member of the Top of the Table. In 1991 he was the youngest chairman of the Top of the Table.

Bobb and his late wife Shay are the proud parents of 3 adult daughters, 9 grandchildren and 2 loveable dogs. When not working, Bobb is involved with charitable and philanthropic organizations throughout the world. Two of his interests find him on the golf course or traveling.

Dan Meckenstock

Investment Advisor Representative

Dan is a 1981 PhD graduate of Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Dan spent eighteen years working for the Texas A&M Agricultural Research Station in Latin America. He is fluent in Spanish and utilizes his communication and research skills in securities trading. Dan is a certified series 62 (corporate securities) and 63 (state licensed) stockbroker..

Keith Harper

Registered Representative

Keith Harper is a 1975 graduate from Ft. Hays University, Hays, KS. Prior to joining the firm, Keith taught for 16 years in the Hays school district, including physical education, health/science and drivers training. He coached all three sports and is currently the pitching coach for Hays High School. Keith is Series 6 certified and has been with our firm since 1987.

Keith and his wife Kathy are the proud parents of 2 children, 1 son and 1 daughter, with 6 grandchilrden. Keith is very active with the Hays Larks, a summer collegiate baseball team. In addition to spending time with his family, Keith enjoys wood working and construction.

Kenny Rigler

Investment Adviser Representative

Kenny Rigler grew up in rural Nebraska with a family of educators and began his professional career in education as a high school teacher and then college professor. In 2003 Kenny earned his Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Fort Hays State University. In 2006 he earned a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology and in 2014, he earned his doctorate degree in Education. In 2018, Kenny made a transition into the financial planning business and began working at The Meckenstock Group. Kenny has his Life and Health Insurance license, the Series 7 General Securities license, and the Series 66 Investment Advisor Representative license. Kenny and his wife Karen have 5 children. They are active in the community through education, church, and various sports activities and enjoy traveling together as a family.

Dolores Myers

Assistant, Brokerage Operations

Dolores began working with our firm in 1990. As a team leader in the Brokerage Operations department, she assists registered representatives with mutual fund transactions, as well as individual securities transactions processed through our clearing firm, Pershing LLC. Dolores also serves as an administrative assistant, maintaining our client database and providing customer service to our existing clients.

Dolores enjoys spending time with her two sons and four granddaughters. In her leisure time she enjoys walking and gardening. She enjoyed travelling with her late husband, Dave.

Lita VonFeldt

Life Insurance Assistant

As a member of our firm since 1994, Lita assists in fixed and variable product operations. She provides support with annuities, life and long-term care insurance quotes and the processing of fixed insurance.

Lita and her husband, John, have twin daughters, two sons and five grandchildren. In her spare time, Lita helps with the family farm and is a seamstress and enjoys crafting.

Dayleen Gonzales

Advisor Service Assistant, Receptionist

Dayleen joined The Meckenstock Group as a temporary Data Entry associate on October 2009. Dayleen became a permanent member of OurTeam in November, 2010 as our receptionist and as an Advisor Service Assistant. Dayleen is the "voice" of TMG, as she answers the phones, greets our clients, and also assists representatives with their client paperwork and account processing.

Dayleen and her husband Steve have 3 sons, one daughter and 2 granddaughters. When not attending one of her kids sports events, she enjoys reading, walking and traveling.

Jenny Shen, MBA

Financial Administrator

Jenny joined the Mecoenstock Group since 2020. The daily duties including assist reps' business and resposible for the financial management for the whole office. Beneficial from her degree, Jenny is very sensitive about numbers, with strict attitude on the financial.

Jenny and her husband David have 2 sons. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with the kids and gardening.
